Sprayer / Finisher – Bespoke Furniture Hampshire Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Sprayer / Finisher looking to work on high-end bespoke furniture? We’re working with a well-established manufacturer specialising in luxury bespoke furniture and joinery, delivering exceptional projects across high-end residential and specialist sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a skilled Sprayer / Finisher to their workshop team. The Role You’ll be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing high-end bespoke furniture to an exceptional standard. This is a key role within the workshop, ensuring every piece meets the highest quality and aesthetic expectations. Key Responsibilities * Prepare surfaces for finishing including sanding and priming * Apply finishes using spray techniques (lacquers, paints, stains, etc.) * Achieve high-quality finishes across a range of bespoke furniture * Carry out polishing and final finishing work * Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean working environment * Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines About You * Proven experience as a Sprayer / Finisher within joinery or furniture * Experience working on high-end or bespoke products * Strong knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials * High attention to detail and quality * Reliable and able to work as part of a team What’s on Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Stable, long-term opportunity * Modern, well-equipped workshop * Opportunity to work on premium, bespoke projects * Supportive and skilled team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
